This position is for weekends (Saturday & Sunday) only! Please apply only after carefully reading the job description! We are a media production service that creates news clips for media outlets. We are looking for someone to help with tasks on a weekend basis. The person hired must: -- have an EXCEPTIONAL English skills. If you cannot write in perfectly grammatically correct English with completely accurate spelling, please do not apply. -- be available Saturday and Sunday, ET afternoon time! (schedule to be provided to the shortlisted candidates) -- The initial work will focus mainly on TRANSCRIPTION and managing of the existing news content, but we will train this person to also help with other tasks such as locating basic biographical information on subjects appearing in these clips; locating images related to the same, etc. -- be able to follow directions on how to complete given tasks within the work shift. -- have an interest and basic knowledge about U.S. news. More detailed description of the tasks will be provided to the shortlisted candidates! The starting pay is $7/hour, with future hikes available depending on the candidate's skills and ability to adjust to the given schedule/tasks.
