  • QuaverEd is a rapidly growing education technology company located on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. We serve thousands of schools across the nation and around the world, specializing in online educational software for Music, Health and PE, Pre-K, and SEL. The role of the Training Coordinator would primarily be responsible for training scheduling and logistics. The Coordinator will maintain the training request form and handle logistics for individual training and professional learning events.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage operational processes for all QuaverEd training programs, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in allocating training resources, selecting facilitators, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Analyze training performance metrics and recommend process improvements or policy updates.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with key district partners, negotiating training timelines and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain training communication standards across the organization.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
  • Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within training or HR.
  • Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple timelines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Experience working in a K-12 Public School setting a plus
  • Technical Skills and Attributes.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar productivity tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently with discretion and integrity.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.

  • This role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This
  • requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
