Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all traders follow firm protocols, remain organized, and execute trades only through the approved firm platforms. This is a high-accountability role: you will monitor trader activity, prevent unauthorized requests, and ensure everything runs in a disciplined, transparent, and compliant manner. Responsibilities • Supervise day-to-day trader activity for compliance and discipline. • Verify that all trades are executed only within firm-approved systems. • Ensure traders do not submit unauthorized requests or use outside platforms. • Monitor subaccounts and screen recordings for accuracy and accountability. • Maintain structured performance logs and provide weekly activity reports. • Keep all trading operations organized and aligned with firm standards. Requirements • Background in trading operations, compliance, or risk management. • Experience managing or supervising traders is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of accountability systems (subaccount tracking, screen recording reviews, etc.). • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • High professional integrity and ability to enforce rules consistently.
