• Position Summary

• As our Title Production Manager, you’ll lead the Title Production Department, making sure every title examination is accurate, compliant, and efficient. You’ll combine hands-on expertise with team leadership—overseeing productivity, managing pipelines, and training both new and seasoned staff. You’ll work closely with Associate Counsel to resolve complex title issues and partner with the Director of Operations to roll out innovative process improvements. • What You’ll Do
• Lead the Team: Mentor and guide Title Examiners and support staff, helping everyone grow and succeed.
• Be the Expert: Handle advanced title examination tasks, resolve complex title issues, and make underwriting decisions.
• Keep Us Moving: Oversee department performance, manage workloads, and implement process improvements.
• Train & Grow: Onboard new team members and help existing staff level up their skills.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Associate Counsel and the Director of Operations to solve problems and improve processes.
• Stay Connected: Communicate with escrow officers, title success specialists, and internal clients to keep everyone in the loop.
• Embrace Tech: Use industry software (Proform Select – SoftPro) to track progress, generate reports, and cross-train the team.
• Drive Change: Lead or join projects to make our title production processes even better, and support new tech and automation initiatives.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure every title commitment and report meets our high standards and complies with state and federal regulations.

• Requirements
• What You Bring
• A knack for leadership and a service-first attitude (minimum of 3 years' management experience)
• Deep expertise in title commercial and residential examination (minimum of 6 years' experience)
• Prior experience working with vendors.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations.
• Experience managing risk and ensuring quality.
• Skills in workflow optimization and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in industry software (ResWare, Proform Select preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or related field.
• Valid Title Producer’s License and Notary Public License (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire).
• Driver’s license.
