About This Role We're looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to own and scale our clients' paid advertising campaigns. You'll manage multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, directly impacting client growth and retention. This is a full-time, remote position working US business hours. What You'll Do Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Instagram Ads Performance Optimization: Continuously test ad copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve ROAS and reduce CAC Data Analysis: Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform strategy Reporting & Communication: Create performance reports in Looker Studio, present insights to clients, and recommend strategic pivots Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and monitor ad budgets to maximize ROI across accounts Strategic Planning: Develop quarterly PPC strategies aligned with client business goals Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and content teams to ensure ad messaging and landing pages convert What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns Proven track record of improving key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates) Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and conversion tracking Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple client accounts independently Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate principles Bonus Points Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications Experience with additional platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon Ads) Background in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation
