• What You'll Do

• * Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• * Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards,
• including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• * Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance
• needs, and repairs as needed
• * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• * Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

• What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• * 18 years old
• * Valid driver's license
• * Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently
• in a fast-paced environment
• * Customer-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• * High school diploma or GED
• * Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair

Physical Requirements

• * Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds

• Work Environment

• This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store.
• Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced
• workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy
• lifting.
