We are launching a nationwide U.S. campaign to grow sales and awareness, with a strong focus on TikTok as our main channel. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced TikTok Social Media Marketing Specialist to help us launch and manage our sales-driven TikTok campaign. This role will cover everything from account setup to TikTok Marketplace, ad campaigns, and performance tracking. The project is (1–4 months), we need a skilled specialist to drive immediate sales and engagement. Responsibilities: • Set up and optimize our TikTok Business Account & TikTok Shop. • Create and manage a TikTok sales campaign targeting the U.S. nationwide market. • Develop 15–30 sec videos with strong product focus. • Launch and optimize TikTok ad campaigns (sales-driven, not just awareness). • Research and implement top TikTok trends, sounds, and hashtags to boost visibility. • Manage posting schedule, engagement, and comments to foster community trust. • Provide weekly reports on performance, sales impact, and optimization opportunities. Requirements: • Proven success managing TikTok sales campaigns (portfolio or case studies required). • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Shop setup. • Hands-on work with TikTok Creator Marketplace (TCM) campaigns. • Strong creative skills for TikTok video editing and trend adaptation. • Knowledge of food/snack brand marketing is a big plus. • Results-driven mindset with clear focus on ROI and conversions.
