We’re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Strategist & Paid Ads Manager to join our team and help grow a next-generation health and energy healing platform. You’ll be responsible for driving paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms, collaborating with our creative and development teams to scale traffic, leads, and conversions. This is not just a media buying role — it’s a strategic growth position. You’ll be working directly with leadership, our AI video creators, and developers to shape campaigns from concept to conversion. ⸻ Your Role Includes: • Developing and executing paid marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads. • Managing A/B testing across ad creatives, captions, CTAs, and landing pages. • Coordinating with our AI video editors and content creators to produce high-performing ad creatives. • Tracking performance metrics and continuously optimizing for conversions and ROAS. • Collaborating with our development team to refine landing pages, funnels, and tracking integrations. • Suggesting new creative angles, hooks, and content directions based on data. • Assisting with marketing strategy for an upcoming direct-to-consumer brand launch (already in development). ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience running and scaling paid ads on TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. • Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data and make actionable decisions. • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and funnel building. • Familiarity with creative testing workflows (e.g., working with AI editors, short-form video ads). • Understanding of psychology-driven marketing and emotion-based advertising. • Ability to work collaboratively with a remote creative and development team. • Excellent communication and project management skills.
