About

• The Dispatch Supervisor for Stellantis Transport will be responsible for
• managing dispatchers and truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• and materials in a fast-paced unionized environment. The Dispatch Supervisor is
• responsible for ensuring team safety, allocating manpower and equipment, working
• with the plants to prioritize deliveries, analyzing shift performance, and
• implementing process improvements. The Dispatch Supervisor will be cross-trained
• for the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor position for personal and professional
• development and to support the Stellantis Transport team environment.

Additional job responsibilities include but not limited to

• * Ensure customer needs are met, deliveries are timely and plant yards are
• managed
• * Lead team morale, problem-solving activities and manage employee attendance
• * Ensure the right allocation of manpower and equipment

• Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• * Bachelor's degree 
• * 2 + years of experience in the trucking industry managing people and
• processes
• * Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
• * Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
• * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business
• relationships with team members, customers, and the Supply Chain Management
• team
• * Excellent supervisory and management skills
• * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• * Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• software programs
