Hi there! 👋 We’re looking for a video editor experienced with Tella (tella.com) to help us create clean, engaging talking-head videos using our existing templates. Tella is similar to Loom but with more flexibility for polished presentation videos — so we need someone who’s already familiar with the platform and can move fast within it. 🎬 What You’ll Do --- Edit short and long talking-head videos directly in Tella using our branded templates --- Integrate b-roll footage that we’ll provide (for context, storytelling, and engagement) --- Ensure smooth pacing, brand consistency, and clarity --- Export clean versions optimized for YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites 🧠 You’re a Great Fit If You… --- Already know your way around Tella (this is a must) --- Have an eye for layout, typography, and modern content pacing --- Can take minimal direction and produce strong, professional edits quickly --- Care about storytelling and tone — you make simple content feel alive --- Communicate clearly and meet deadlines consistently 💰 Budget + Ongoing Work --- Test project: 1-2 sample edits to assess fit --- If successful → ongoing, consistent editing work each week --- Rate: Flexible depending on experience and turnaround time 💡 How to Apply Please include: --- A link to Tella projects or Loom-style videos you’ve edited --- A short note about your workflow inside Tella (e.g. templates, transitions, branding) --- Your turnaround time for 1-minute and 5-minute videos Thank you Eric
