Job Title: Remote Account Manager – Email Subscriptions & Customer Retention
Compensation: $15/hour + 10% Commission on Sales

We’re hiring a Remote Account Manager to manage and grow our customer base for email subscription services focused on bid opportunities. This is a performance-driven role ideal for a professional who knows how to build relationships, close sales, and retain clients over the long term.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls daily to current and potential customers.
• Manage and renew annual email subscription accounts.
• Build rapport with clients, identify their needs, and handle objections effectively.
• Spot customer cues to upsell or renew subscriptions confidently.
• Save the sale when customers express hesitation or plan to cancel.
• Update customer statuses and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Proactively follow up and check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced in sales and account management – this isn’t a training wheels position.
• Strong communicator who can engage professionally and confidently over the phone.
• Reliable, self-driven, and focused – no call-offs or personal distractions during work hours.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your time and goals independently.
• Able to stay organized while managing a high volume of outreach and follow-up.

Position Details:

• Remote position – prefer you are in Florida
• Starting pay: $15/hour
• Commission: 10% of all sales and renewals you close
• Opportunity for performance-based growth and long-term advancement
