Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Virtual assistant to join our real estate company. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations by handling various tasks, including cold calling, text SMS marketing, email communication, and other administrative duties. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Responsibilities: Cold Calling: -conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, prospects, and leads. -Introduce our real estate services, initiate conversations, and gather information. -Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team. -Maintain accurate records of all calls and outcomes in our CRM system. Requirements: -Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role. -Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices is preferred. -Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. -Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools. -strong multitasking and time management abilities. -Tech-Savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools. -Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to work remotely.
