Our summer internship program is an excellent opportunity to tie what you have learned in the classroom into real-world experience. The program consists of an 11-week immersion into Werner Enterprises. Internship Overview: Paid internship that includes dedicated job training and learning opportunities Located at our Corporate Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska (some remote and off-site opportunities may be available) Collaborative, inclusive work environment Real-world experience Paid housing/housing assistance may be available Responsibilities: Support the setup, configuration, and daily management of Zoom meetings, webinars, Chat, Phone, and Five9 contact center tools to ensure smooth communication and customer interactions. Help troubleshoot user issues related to Zoom and Five9, including audio/video problems, connection issues, and platform errors, escalating to senior staff when necessary. Assist in monitoring the performance and uptime of Zoom and Five9 services, reporting outages or disruptions promptly. Create and update user guides, FAQs, and training materials to assist team members in effectively using Zoom and Five9 features. Help with integrating Zoom and Five9 with other business systems like Salesforce, Bot applications ensuring seamless workflows. Assist in onboarding new users on Zoom and Five9, including account setup and basic training. Gather usage statistics and feedback to help optimize platform usage and suggest improvements.
