The Technology Operations Specialist is a full-time role within the Sellen Information Technology team, focused on providing daily technical support to end users in-office, at various construction sites around the Puget Sound region, or remotely. This role is responsible for resolving support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring users have the tools to work effectively. The technician will assist with onboarding new employees, managing account setups, and maintaining documentation related to IT support processes.
The position is located in South Lake Union full-time, with an occasional hybrid work day. The hours are 7AM - 3:30PM.
Your Qualifications

1-3 years' experience providing IT support in a helpdesk or technical support role, including experience with Windows operating systems, desktop software, remote troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and common IT tools.

Associate's degree in computer science or a combination of relevant experience and training.

Certification in A+/Network+ and/or Microsoft MDAA preferred.
Familiar with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.

Basic understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD.
Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (e.g., IP configuration, Wi-Fi/Ethernet setup).

General understanding of printing services, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management, device configuration, and security policies.

Experience troubleshooting and supporting cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, and other SaaS platforms.
Understanding of the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software in diverse IT environments.
Experience with PowerShell scripting.

SKILLS
The full range for this position is $31/hr to $40/hr. New hires typically start between $31/hr to $306hr, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications.
