Job Summary: The Technology Administrator will be responsible for developing, coordinating, integrating and managing internal IT software and systems. This is a part-time position with the expectation of approximately 20 hours per week. Responsibilities:  Source, setup and manage IT equipment for remote employees. Setup and issue necessary software licenses for O365 on employee computers. Manage and provide access to websites and additional software services as needed. Provide support to staff with equipment, access and related issues. Manage and maintain connections between crucial software systems such as payment processors and membership plugins, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for our clients Provide technical support for internal and external users of existing technology platforms and website applications. Monitor maintenance of our websites and manage relationship with third-party web development firm and website hosting provider. Proactively manage cyber security through the application and management of appropriate anti-virus and malware software. Assist with the administration and maintenance of telephone software, protocols and routing queues necessary to meet business needs Reviewing system, website, and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups Conduct regular cybersecurity training sessions for all staff members, educating them on best practices, potential threats, and protocols to ensure safe handling of sensitive information and minimize risk of cyber incidents. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field Knowledgeable on cybersecurity best practices Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
