About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Virtual Assistant who is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. In this role, you'll support pricing operations and market research by tracking trends, analyzing data, and collaborating with your team to improve profitability in the ticketing market. No ticketing experience? No worries! We’ll provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed. What You’ll Do Pricing and Market Research • Monitor live event ticket markets and adjust pricing to stay competitive and aligned with trends • Use pricing tools and market insights to help ensure tickets are accurately priced • Regularly analyze sales performance and suggest updates to improve profit margins Team Collaboration • Work closely with your Team Lead and peers to execute pricing strategies • Communicate proactively through tools like Slack to keep the team in sync • Participate in virtual meetings and share insights or suggestions for team improvement Operational Support and Improvement • Spot and resolve discrepancies in pricing and ensure high accuracy • Follow internal SOPs and maintain consistency across workflows • Recommend improvements and contribute to process optimization Ongoing Learning and Growth • Receive full training to master our tools, platforms, and systems • Join a team that values innovation and continuous learning What We’re Looking For Must-Haves • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken English • Strong time management and self-organization – thrives in a remote work setting • Solid analytical thinking – if you love spreadsheets, puzzles, or numbers, we want you! • Willingness to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) • Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented problem solver Nice-to-Haves • 3+ years of work experience (BPO, admin, analytics, or operations roles are a plus) • Experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity – even informally • Comfort with data or reporting tools (we’ll train you!)
