About

We're looking for a smart, dependable offshore contractor who can handle both customer support and full-stack development tasks for a fast-growing VPS hosting company. You'll be supporting customers with VPS-related issues (networking, performance, OS issues, control panel questions) and contributing to the development of our custom platform – a control panel and provisioning system built with: Backend: Python (Django + DRF) Frontend: Next.js Hypervisor: Proxmox (KVM) Payments: Stripe, PayPal, AliPay, crypto What You'll Do: Respond to support tickets with a high degree of professionalism Troubleshoot VPS issues (Linux command line experience is a must) Debug and develop new features on Odoanel Help automate deployment, monitoring, and abuse prevention Investigate issues reported by users and fix bugs in the codebase Ideal Candidate: Experience in web hosting or VPS support Strong Linux system administration skills Familiarity with virtualization (KVM/Proxmox experience preferred) Proficient in Python/Django, Next.js, and REST APIs Comfortable reading and debugging large codebases Solid communication skills in English Self-driven and reliable – we’re a small team, and you’ll be a key part of it Nice to Have: Previous work on hosting control panels or DevOps tools Hours: Flexible, ~10–20 hours/week depending on your availability To apply, tell us: Your experience with Linux and VPS hosting What stack you’ve worked on recently We’re a lean operation building something cool from the ground up – if you’re someone who likes to wear multiple hats and build meaningful tools, this could be a great fit.
