After a major migration and continuous expansion into new markets, we're looking for a Technical SEO expert who can take the lead on improving our search visibility, site performance, and long-term organic growth strategy. This isn’t a “follow-the-checklist” role. We need someone who lives in the technical side of SEO — someone who knows how to find what’s broken, fix what matters, and move rankings. 🔍 What You’ll Own You will be the driving force behind all technical SEO initiatives, including: Conducting deep technical SEO audits to diagnose performance gaps Working closely with developers to review and fix all post-migration site issues Improving crawlability, indexation, and site health at scale Optimizing site architecture, URL structure, XML sitemaps & robots directives Implementing structured data and resolving schema/canonical conflicts Enhancing Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance Supporting multi-language and global SEO expansion Tracking KPIs and reporting real, measurable improvements You will have full visibility into SEO priorities, and your work will directly impact revenue, authority, and global reach. ✅ You’re a Fit If You Have: 3+ years of Technical SEO experience in high-performance environments Strong command of Search Console, GA4, ScreamingFrog & major SEO tools Ability to translate data into action items for developers Proven success with site migrations and fixing structural SEO issues Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, structured data & crawl budget optimization Experience with SaaS or enterprise websites is a big advantage
