We are seeking an experienced IT recruiters to perform direct outreach to candidates. We are planning to hire 8 software engineers and 3 dev ops engineers for company expansion. No sourcing from scratch is required. You will mainly work with our provided list and perform structured outreach and follow-up. Responsibilities - Contact candidates from our existing database using their public profile links or contact details - Send personalized outreach messages through professional networking platforms - Follow up with candidates until a response is obtained - Answer basic questions about the job role (we provide templates) - Schedule interviews between candidates and our HR/technical team - Maintain a simple progress tracker (Google Sheet) showing outreach attempts and results - Provide weekly updates on contacted candidates and confirmed interviews
