Job Description Summary The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of GE HealthCare Software (medical device software) installation and upgrade projects for existing installed base customer systems. Additionally, will manage issues, complaints from services, customer project team and from field. This role ensures seamless coordination across internal & global teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes, manage performance metrics, on time delivery and within budget. Job Description Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of upgrade projects for existing systems. Lead & execute root cause analysis on complaints / investigations, partner with technical and cross functional teams to ensure their tasks are completed as required and in timely manner Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality management standards, regulatory compliance and customer-specific requirements. Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools. Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the execution Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting Operational Excellence Monitor installed base performance, actively manage program & performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvements and/or cost efficiencies Support product lifecycle management by coordinating upgrades, handling complaints and provide timely patches / support to customers Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected and shared to improve efficiencies Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 6 years of professional work experience A minimum of 3 years of work experience with project management & leadership skills Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule with three days per week on-site in the GE HealthCare Arlington Heights, IL office Willingness to consistently work flexible hours to accommodate needs of global customers and colleagues Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work full time without sponsorship at time of hire Desired Characteristics Previous work experience managing / working in medical software domain with exposure to FDA or similar regulatory environment PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications 5+ years previous work experience in Agile software development environment Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources Experience working with different stakeholders on a global basis Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $116,160.00-$174,240.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
