In this hybrid role, you will be the critical link between client vision, product strategy, and engineering execution. About The Role As our Technical Product & Project Manager, you will be the central nervous system for our client engagements. This is not a role for a simple task-tracker; we need a strategic partner who is autonomous and proactive. You will be responsible for a product's entire lifecycle, from defining the "why" and "what" with the client to managing the "how" and "when" with the engineering team. Your primary mission is to ensure that we build the right thing, build it right, and deliver it with clarity, predictability, and excellence. Success in this role means delighted clients, a focused and effective engineering team, and products that achieve their business goals. Core Responsibilities: Client Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, guiding them from initial concept to launch and beyond. Product Strategy: Collaborate with clients to define product vision, establish clear goals, and develop data-informed product roadmaps. Own and ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog to maximize value. Technical Translation: Translate client needs and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, epics, and technical specifications that our engineering team can execute on. Project Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources using Agile methodologies. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Team Leadership: Guide and empower a cross-functional team of senior engineers and designers. Facilitate all necessary ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement. Strategic & Product Mindset: You don't just manage a backlog; you own outcomes. You have proven experience with product roadmapping, prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW), and using both qualitative and quantitative data to make strategic decisions. Agile Project Management Excellence: You have deep, hands-on experience managing software projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and are an expert with tools like Jira, Asana, or equivalent. Autonomy & Extreme Ownership: You are a self-starter who thrives with autonomy. You take ultimate responsibility for your projects' success, proactively solving problems and driving progress without needing constant oversight.
