We’re hiring a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy Technical Operations Assistant to work closely with our team on a long-term basis. You’ll help us manage online accounts, troubleshoot issues, test environments, and support the development of stable and efficient technical workflows. You do not need to be a software engineer. You do need to be fast, curious, logical, reliable, and comfortable working with online systems, tools, devices, and problem-solving tasks. ⸻ Responsibilities • Assist with managing and monitoring online accounts • Test login environments, devices, proxies, and tools • Troubleshoot issues, track patterns, and report findings • Explore system behavior and help map risks and workflows • Document simple processes and update them as we improve • Work closely with our team daily to maintain stability and performance ⸻ Requirements • Strong general IT skills and technical intuition • Comfortable experimenting, analyzing, and problem-solving • Fast learner who can follow direction and build on it • Reliable communication and consistent availability • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Experience with proxies, virtual environments, or account management is a plus (not required) • Based in Vietnam preferred, but not required ⸻ Ideal Candidate • Tech-curious and loves figuring out how systems behave • Quick thinker who can troubleshoot without supervision • Outspoken, communicative, and takes initiative • Comfortable with a long-term role and growing responsibility • Able to work daily or near-daily for steady progress ⸻ Compensation • Hourly or monthly contract (flexible based on candidate) • Long-term stable work • Performance bonuses for problem-solving and initiative • Growth opportunity into a senior technical operations role
