Role Overview I’m looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support me as the CEO of VirtualPea, a digital operations studio that manages websites, email systems, and automations for holistic health and coaching businesses. This role combines tech implementation and operations support; helping manage recurring content, email campaigns, podcasts, and systems while keeping our internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) organized and up to date. You’ll begin with recurring and structured tasks to learn our environment, then gradually offer insights and take more ownership as you grow familiar with our systems. The right person will take pride in quality over speed, ensuring tasks are accurate, complete, and delivered with care NOT rushed to move on to the next gig. Responsibilities Log in daily to review tasks, messages, and updates Communicate your daily working hours so I know when you’re reachable if needed Manage and update recurring tasks in Motion or Asana Build and schedule emails in Keap, Kartra, Kajabi, or Go High Level Upload, format, and publish blog posts in WordPress Update membership content (download from Zoom → upload to Google Drive/Kartra, update notes) Maintain and improve SOP documentation in Google Drive or Notion Create simple Canva graphics for emails and social posts Review any new tasks later in the day and ensure nothing urgent is left undone Deliver quality, consistent work with attention to detail and ownership Tools You’ll Use WordPress | Keap | Kartra | Kajabi | Go High Level | Circle | HubSpot | Zapier | Canva | Google Workspace | Slack | Motion Knowledge of HubSpot, Zapier, and general automation workflows is a strong plus. Requirements Available during Eastern Time hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET overlap preferred) No daily meetings required; just be reachable and responsive during your work hours Excellent written and verbal communication Experience supporting CEOs, founders, or agency owners Tech-comfortable and resourceful; able to learn new tools quickly Organized, detail-driven, and reliable Prioritizes accuracy and quality over rushing through tasks Enjoys documenting systems and improving efficiency Compensation Part-Time | Up to 20 hrs/month to start Flat Monthly Rate: $500 – $800 USD (based on experience)** Opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities after ~60 days based on performance and initiative To Apply Please include: A short introduction about your experience supporting CEOs or managing multiple systems.
