I'm launching a premium men's performance polo shirt under my brand Audere and need a complete, manufacturer-ready tech pack for production. Product Overview: - Men's short-sleeve knit polo - Fabric: ~85% super-fine Merino wool (18 micron) / ~15% corespun nylon, ~180 GSM single jersey - Colors: Black (solid), Heather Grey, and "Audere Green" (Pantone 19-6050 TCX/ Pthalo Green #123524 - Details: Self-fabric flat knit collar (no ribbing), self-fabric sleeve hems (no rib cuffs), 3-button placket with tone-on-tone black buttons, cut side vents (~2–3" split hem), subtle feather logo embroidered on left sleeve (~1" height, off-white thread), screen-printed neck label (no woven label) - Fit: Classic/relaxed with slight shirttail hem - Sizes: S–XL What I'll Provide: - High-res photos of current sample (front, back, details) - Graded size specification sheet (Excel with all measurements, tolerances, and factory checkmarks for XL) - Bill of Materials (BOM) details (fabric, buttons, thread, etc.) - Digitized embroidery file (.DST) + stitch preview (will share once ready, working concurrently) - Logo placement references - Reference images and notes Tech Pack Requirements: - Multi-page PDF (10–15 pages) + editable source files (.AI for flats, Excel for specs) - Cover page with style info - Clean technical flats/CADs (vector line drawings): front, back, side/close-up views with callouts for side vents, placket, embroidery placement, etc. - Bill of Materials (BOM) table - Colorways section (Black + Heather Grey + Audere Green) - Graded spec sheet with Points of Measure (POM) diagram - Artwork/embroidery placement page with measurements - Construction details (stitch types, seam allowances, notes on shrinkage for Merino knit, etc.) - Packaging/label notes (screen-printed neck label, folding, polybag) Ideal Freelancer: - Proven experience creating tech packs for knitwear/pol os/performance apparel (Merino or similar a plus) - Strong Adobe Illustrator skills for flats - Attention to detail and understanding of factory requirements - Portfolio with similar polo or knit shirt tech packs Budget: $300 (flexible for the right freelancer with excellent portfolio and reviews).
