We are a healthcare startup preparing to launch a caregiver-on-demand mobile app and website. We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us verify platform functionality, audit developer deliverables, and research key integrations before launch. This role is focused on testing, documentation, and accountability not general admin work. PROJECT SCOPE & MILESTONES (TOTAL: $550) Milestone 1 — Full Platform Testing & Bug Report ($200) • Test all registration flows: • Caregivers • Families • Facilities • Test: • Sign-up • Email verification • Password reset • Profile completion • Deliverables: • Written bug report • Screen recordings of all issues Milestone 2 — Developer Proposal vs. Build Audit ($200) • Review original development proposal • Create a feature verification checklist • Identify: • Completed features • Incomplete features • Missing features • Deliver: • Feature audit spreadsheet • List of questions for developer review call Milestone 3 — Background Check & Drug Test Integration Research ($150) • Research & compare: • Checkr • Sterling • GoodHire • Certn (or similar) • Review: • API availability • Pricing • Compliance considerations • Deliver: • Vendor comparison sheet • Final recommendation for developers REQUIRED SKILLS • App & website testing experience • SaaS & API familiarity • Strong documentation & reporting • Startup, marketplace, or healthcare experience preferred • Must be able to screen record issues TOOLS EXPERIENCE A PLUS • Stripe / Stripe Connect • Loom / screen recording • Google Workspace • ClickUp, Trello, or Asana HOW TO APPLY Please include: 1.
