- Current Lighting is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race,

- disability, national origin, veteran status, or any other basis covered by law. All employment is
- decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.

- Assembly of housings, terminal boards, leads, installation of internal components,
- glass and doors to complete the final product. This involves standing, lifting, pulling,
- carrying, bending/stooping, reaching, head and neck motion, and handling. The tools

- height adjuster. The assembly line is set up at a height of 31”. All employees must
- wear steel toed boots and protective eyewear and gloves. Protective earplugs are
- provided if they would like them but are not mandatory. The lines start by unloading
- housings from a cart which involves the employee pivoting 90 or 180 degrees

- the fixture is tested and then packed. The packer stands, picks up a box from a stack
- located at the pack station, fills box with pack material and the fully assembled
- housing, and then runs it through the automatic sealing/taping device. Once the box is
- assembled and sealed, it is lifted by hand or with a suction lift and taken to a nearby
- pallet until it can be taken to the shipping dock via forklift.
