The Global Faculty Organization (GFO) is a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting international cultural and educational exchange. We are launching a new initiative to build partnerships with public and private schools in the Philippines. Job Overview: We are looking for a current or former teacher leader (e.g., Department Head, Grade Level Coordinator, Master Teacher, Senior Educator) within the Philippine school system to facilitate an introduction to your school's administration. The goal is to secure a signed Letter of Interest (LOI) or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a formal partnership. This is a perfect opportunity for an educator with strong institutional credibility to help their school embark on a valuable international exchange program. Key Responsibilities: Introduce GFO and our partnership initiative to your school's leadership team (e.g., Principal, School Head, Academic Director). Present and explain the provided LOI/MOU template to the administration. Act as the liaison to facilitate communication and answer any initial questions from the school. Guide the process through to the school's confirmation and signing of the document. Deliverables: One signed LOI or MOU from a qualified school in the Philippines. A short summary report including the school name, main contact person, and the signed document. Preferred Qualifications: Must be: A current or former teacher in a leadership role (e.g., Master Teacher, Department Head, Coordinator) within the Philippine school system (public or private). Must have: Strong, established credibility and a positive relationship with your school's administration (e.g., Principal, School Head). Fluency in English and Tagalog (or other relevant local languages) is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
