You’ll be responsible for preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, conducting client interviews, and staying informed on current tax regulations. You’ll also learn how to build your own client base with our proven strategies and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently
• Conduct client interviews to gather financial information and ensure compliance
• Identify potential credits and deductions to maximize refunds
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of client data
• Collaborate with team members to resolve tax issues and deliver exceptional service
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing development

Qualifications

• No prior tax experience required — we provide full training
• Customer service or administrative experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn how to attract and retain your own clients (we’ll train you!)
