We are looking for an experienced Tax Consultant with expertise in both business tax compliance (LLC with DBAs, early-stage startup, tech/wellness industry) and individual planning (self-employed/entrepreneur with multiple income streams). AwKena is a holistic wellness & intimacy tech startup (currently structured as MGD Boutique LLC with DBAs including AwKena and Meryl’s Unmentionables). We operate in the U.S. (Tennessee based), with plans for international reach (UK/EU compliance also on the horizon). The founder (individual) has additional income streams (side hustles, events, sales, therapy/wellness sessions, and product line) that require coordinated tax strategy.
