- Requirements
Education/Formal Training
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role.
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in food and beverage service operations.
- Knowledge of restaurant financial management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
