  • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide seamless service.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
  • Requirements

Education/Formal Training

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have Food Handlers and TABC certificates.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage handling procedures.
