Where You Can Make an Impact

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specialty cocktails, wine, and beer, to assist guests effectively.
  • Follow recipes and accurately measure ingredients to craft signature and classic cocktails.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages or restocking needs.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with lounge staff to provide seamless service and support team goals.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Properly ID customers.
  • Stay informed of current beverage trends and suggest ideas for enhancing the lounge menu.
  • Requirements

Education/Formal Training

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending certification preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience in a lounge or upscale setting preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and craft beer.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage with guests effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
