Key Responsibilities

• - Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards

• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• - Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• - Adapt to menu changes and special dietary requirements as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• - Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role
• - Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards
• - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• - Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• - Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus

• Requirements

Education/Formal Training

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years experience preferred.
• Must have Food Handlers certificate.

Experience

• Previous experience in kitchen setting preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
