I have hired for this position and the person I've hired is coming along well but it's unclear whether she will work out long term so I'm looking for someone to step in in that case. I run an 8 figure e commerce company that has the potential to get to 10 figures a year. There are two things standing in our way: Me having a reliable and competent assistant who is skilled in business with: Organization Understanding of marketing Intuitively anticipating needs Great listener and question asker able to do basic marketing skills like social media marketing (organic) The ability to understand quickly, think on your feet and be completely devoted to my vision Able to do many things simultaneously and handle the many moving parts of the business (it's a lot) The second thing standing in the way of us getting to 9 and eventually 10 figures in revenue is my personal life being a complete mess Over the last 3.5 years of building this business I've basically held it together through sheer brute force and determination. Now we're at a place where I'm not doggy paddling to stay afloat and with the right help, we can blow up into what I've envisioned from the beginning. For the right person this is a 6 figure a year position with bonuses. When we hit our first 1,000,000/month in revenue you'll help me prepare plan and throw a yacht party for the team to celebrate. You'll be invited obviously. I've compromised in the past with the people I hired just to keep things going. Now I'm looking for someone who will be with me for the long haul. Before you apply, understand: This is the most demanding position you will have ever had. I do not accept excuses and they only make me indignant. Until now I've run this million dollar business keeping it together with Scotch tape and Elmer's glue. Now I'm ready to put it together the right way. The month that we work together you will get access to every part of the business. Because of the sensitive nature of the information (banking, personal info) I am only willing to share that info in person so I know everything is safe guarded. After the first month or so (when everything is properly set up), you can work remotely. If you do a great job during the month, I'll even pay for you to take a vacation to someplace you've always wanted to go. This is how important this role is to me.
