Looking for all positions. Grocery, Dairy, Produce and Meat department managers needed. Cashiers, stock and porters needed. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in various supermarket roles. Candidates should be enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Prior retail or supermarket experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in your role.

Duties

• Assist customers by answering questions and providing product information
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a neat and accessible shopping environment
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, aisles, and checkout areas
• Restock inventory as needed and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth store operations
• Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Dependability and punctuality are essential for team success
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
• Prior experience in retail or supermarket environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to lift moderate loads (up to 30 pounds) and stand for extended periods
