SuperHuman System Administrator to manage and optimize our infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Set up & optimize VPN/proxy solutions using Xray/V2Ray, Hysteria * Manage MySQL/MariaDB clusters, replication, and backups. * Tune NGINX for high traffic (hundreds of thousands daily visitors). * Automate deployments via GitHub Actions. * Monitor & troubleshoot with Zabbix, Graylog etc… * Ensure HA failover, and disaster recovery. * in depth expertise with end-to-end encryption for email and file storage. * Scripting Bash/Python for automation is a bonus. Requirements: * 5+ years in SysAdmin/DevOps. * Proven experience with VPN/proxy protocols (WireGuard, Xray/V2Ray, Hysteria, etc.), DB clustering, and scaling web infra. We pay: * $1,500/month (long-term contract, full commitment expected).
