Subsidiary Sales Manager – United States Preferred location: Salinas, California. However, we are open to considering other locations based on candidate profile and business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team to deliver on our ambitious growth goals. Lead the development and execution of tactical commercial plans in collaboration with Product and Marketing Management. Implement regional pricing strategies and gather market intelligence to support strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain. What you bring as a future colleague You are a results-driven leader with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the agricultural sector. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field. 9+ years of relevant experience in sales or commercial leadership roles. Proven experience in the U.S. market, preferably within the vegetable or fresh produce industry. Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex customer portfolios. Strong communication, coaching, and strategic planning skills. Willingness to travel frequently within the region. Agricultural background and customer orientation are essential.
