Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, QC, and submit materials for MLR review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Execute tagging and linking and other workflow-related tasks within Veeva PromoMats or other digital platforms.
  • Use digital workflow platforms and submission tracking tools to keep documentation organized and up to date.
  • Apply feedback from more experienced team members and troubleshoot submission issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and regulatory teams to keep submissions moving efficiently.
  • Proactively suggest and adopt new digital tools and process improvements to support team success.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in submissions, regulatory operations, project coordination, or related roles in healthcare, pharma, or advertising.
  • Experience using digital platforms or workflow tools.

  • Proficiency with digital document management and submission tools.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Quick learner with new technology.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
