• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stockroom while ensuring that our sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

• - Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise deliveries

• - Stock shelves and displays with products in a timely manner

• - Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom

• - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers

• - Support sales associates by providing requested items promptly.

Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have

• The ability to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• We do not offer M-F only shifts.
• Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
• A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• The ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise as needed
• Previous retail or stock experience is a plus, but not required

• Requirements
• Essential Physical Requirements: (bending, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to freely access all areas of the selling floor, stock area, and the ability to stand for entire shift.
• The ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the stock area, generally weighing 0 - 50 pounds.
