  • Overture Home Care is a leading, RN-delegated home care agency serving seniors across DFW. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Business Office at our Fort Worth corporate office. This role supports the financial operations that allow our caregivers and clinical teams to deliver exceptional care.
  • The Staff Accountant will manage core accounting functions including accounts payable, general ledger entries, reconciliations, and monthly P&L reviews. This position also supports billing and payroll, ensures accurate monthly accruals and prepaid accounts, and leverages tools like Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and QuickBooks Online to drive efficiency.
  • You will work closely with the Controller, operations leadership, and case management to ensure financial accuracy and smooth internal processes.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable, general ledger posting, and monthly reconciliations
  • Review monthly profit & loss statements and prepare journal entries
  • Maintain accurate accruals and prepaid schedules
  • Provide backup support for billing and payroll functions
  • Reconcile vendor payments, reimbursements, and company credit card activity
  • Prepare and organize data for monthly financial statements and audits
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure accurate client billing and revenue recognition
  • Utilize Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and QuickBooks to streamline workflows
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial, employee, and client information

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting/Finance preferred); CPA candidate a plus
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience, corporate experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • General Ledger experience required
  • QuickBooks Online and Power BI experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
