Job Description: Key Responsibilities Lead the development of test strategies aligned with business and technical requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and risk mitigation. Design, execute, and manage manual test cases for complex functional scenarios across enterprise systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective test plans. Utilize enterprise-grade tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail) to manage test cycles, defects, and reporting. Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and sprint cycles. Act as a quality advocate, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Mentor junior testers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the QA team. Engage directly with client stakeholders, providing updates, clarifying requirements, and ensuring satisfaction with testing outcomes. Qualifications: Proven leadership in functional and manual testing within enterprise environments. Strong experience in test strategy development and execution. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and testing tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be based in the Philippines, as per client requirement.
