Join us on our mission to shape the future of our industry. Cohesity is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Specialist to accelerate partner readiness and revenue impact. In this individual contributor role, you’ll work with internal subject matter experts to translate complex product and technical concepts into clear, actionable training for partners — enabling them to confidently position, sell, and demo Cohesity faster. You’ll collaborate with Channel, Product, and Field teams to build scalable partner training experiences across sales, technical sales, and services audiences. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE Take content and inputs from Product Managers, SEs, and Technical SMEs and turn them into digestible content partners can quickly act on Build and deliver role-based sales and technical enablement programs for partners Design eLearning, ILT, and virtual sessions using PowerPoint, Rise, and Docebo Lead the Train-the-Trainer motion, enabling partner organizations to deliver Cohesity training themselves Align enablement deliverables with product launches, campaign priorities, and certification goals Create structured learning paths and track engagement, completion, and impact Continuously refine content based on partner feedback and performance data WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING 7+ years in partner enablement, channel readiness, or learning & development Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (GSIs, distributors, VARs, CDMs) Experience working with technical stakeholders to simplify complex concepts for non-expert audiences Hands-on instructional design across eLearning, ILT, and virtual delivery Proficiency with Rise, PowerPoint, Docebo, Salesforce, or similar platforms Confident presenter — comfortable leading external-facing enablement sessions using Zoom Webinars/Events across time zones Proven track record of building scalable programs with measurable results Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection, hybrid cloud, or enterprise infrastructure is a plus Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time. Pay Range : $166,400.00-$208,000.00 The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
