We are looking for a Sr. Computer Network Architect in San Diego, California.
- Summary
- Designs and governs the architecture for FRCSW networks, including LAN/WAN, enclaves, and secure data transport pathways. Performs modeling, capacity planning, and risk assessments. Leads upgrades, segmentation efforts, cybersecurity posture improvements, and integration of new hardware/software. Establishes enterprise network policies, oversees issue resolution, and provides senior technical direction across network operations.
- Responsibilities
- Design LAN/WAN and cloud network architectures.
- Conduct capacity analysis and performance optimization.
- Implement cybersecurity controls and compliance documentation.
- Support ATO and RMF accreditation efforts.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend network enhancements.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of network design and administration experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent preferred.
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance - Required
