Job Description Summary Manages key stakeholder relationships to support the creation of capital markets, economic and policy thought leadership content for the company’s external audiences. Increases awareness and supports corporate objectives by sharing communications through existing channels, including internal and external websites, email and social media. Provides regular reporting for channel and message readership/impact. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships at all levels of the organization. Job Description Responsibilities Writes drafts and edits content in line with organizational style guidelines to format and publish information on websites and in print. Edits a document in line with organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication. Executes a communications plan within established systems and procedures. Works within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals. Develops own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gains or maintains external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintains an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Skills Uses clear and effective writing skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies. Applies knowledge of financial markets and investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry. Applies sound news judgement to market, economic and policy developments. Applies comprehensive knowledge to act independently while providing guidance and training to others on using clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.
