• Wall Maintenance Specialists are responsible for the cleaning of the climbing walls at Bouldering Project. Individuals in this position will regularly work one to three times per week and occasionally in preparation for events. Wall Maintenance Specialists are responsible for working safely and efficiently to prepare the climbing areas for setting rotations. They will also maintain in good condition all wall sections in the climbing area, as well as wash and sort climbing holds and volumes.

• WALL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Remove modular climbing holds, volumes, tape, chalk, rubber, and detritus from climbing walls.
• Safely use approved cleaning products and procedures to wash climbing surfaces, holds and volumes
• Maintain clean and functioning climbing walls.
• Wash and organize holds following directions of Head Setter
• Organize and maintain Setting and Wall Maintenance supplies and tools
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Setting Shop
• Follow closing/facility procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• WORKING CONDITIONS
• Wall Maintenance Specialists work as a team during operating hours. Shifts are scheduled 1-3 times per week (currently Mon, Tue, Thurs), usually beginning at 6am and working until the job is completed to communicated standards.
