ROLE PURPOSE In November 2024, Tate & Lyle and CP Kelco combined their businesses and embarked upon an 18-month global integration program. Your role is to support the delivery of communications on key integration-related activity from the HR function to all employees from now until the end of the 2025 calendar year. You will support the Reward, Talent and HR Ops teams to deliver information to our HR team and colleagues in a clear, digestible way. You will support the HR Centres of Excellence listed above to connect their activity into one overarching story to help our HR team and global employee base understand the rationale for change, what it means for them, and where they should act. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Partner with relevant workstream owners to create structured, consistent and aligned communications plans for HR integration activity across the following workstreams: NOAM benefits harmonisation across North America populations, and Transitional Service Agreement exits that relate to payroll Rest of World benefits harmonisation Policy harmonisation - including HR upskill support Workday engagement and adoption activity Guide and direct other communications team members, managers and leaders on content needs to ensure the full HR integration story is being shared and understood by our employees Act as the voice of our employees by being a ‘critical friend’ to content owners, helping them to refine with employee experience front of mind. Support the creation of supporting materials, including, but not limited to, FAQs, Presentations, Guides, briefing emails, leadership updates. Write, edit and publish high quality, engaging and accurate content (copy, graphics, video, etc.) to ensure communications are engaging, relevant, meet business objectives and key audience needs Support on other unplanned communications needs related to integration not yet identified PERFORMANCE MEASURES Content across channels is up to date, accurate and accessible Channels are maintained in good working order, and fit for purpose Communication plans are produced and adhered to Employees are engaged by content, interacting with content and know what is happening around the business Stakeholder satisfaction SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Evidence of crafting eloquent, high-quality messages for employees Experience editing content submitted by others to improve quality and engagement Previous experience in a global setting presenting and working with colleagues or clients Ability to work autonomously Ability to take direction and listen to others Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Looks for creative solutions to support communications objectives Ability to question stakeholders to understand their requirements/objectives more clearly Confident to bring challenge and suggest new ideas Learning mindset and ability to identify/apply learning to other situations Attention to detail Tate & Lyle complies with all local/state regulations requiring salary range transparency. When determining final compensation, we take into consideration: skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law. The pay range for this position is: $89,000 - $130,000.
