Hi, We are a New York-based Property Management Company looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a full-time, long-term position (40 hours per week) for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with administrative tasks related to property management. Communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members professionally thorugh phone calls, emails, and text messages. Handle and update reports, documents, and spreadsheets. Support collections, work orders, and lease-related processes. Ensure follow-ups and timely task completion. Requirements: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (New York Time). Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Tech-Savvy: Basic experience with Google Docs and other productivity tools. Work Ethic: Hardworking, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure. Experience in Property Management is a BIG PLUS! IMPORTANT: High-speed internet connection with a backup plan. Reliable power backup. Dual screens for efficient workflow. ENGLISH AND SPANISH REQUIRED!!
