Responsibilities:

  • Develop an intimate understanding of the Safety industry in order to be an effective partner to hiring managers, and to fill roles.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of vetted candidates with varying levels of qualifications and experience for assigned positions and geographies.
  • Conduct specialized, targeted recruiting efforts
  • Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques to attractive active and passive job seekers
  • Coordinate daily with Operations on projected sourcing needs.
  • Prescreen candidates based on role qualifications and desired experience
  • Utilize ATS (ICIMS) to manage and coordinate jobs and candidates
  • Help coordinate and facilitate the on-boarding process, when needed
  • Assist with projects and tasks, as directed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) years of experience with high-volume, full service recruiting or human resources that included recruiting as primary function
  • Two (2) years of proven experience in a sales-oriented service role, communicating directly with decision makers or influences
  • Experience using a variety of current, efficient and cost-effective sourcing techniques and systems
Qualifications:

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work and/or military experience
  • Construction industry knowledge and/or technical safety background
  • One (1) year of work experience supporting a decentralized workforce

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of ICIMS and or other ATS systems
  • Ability to operate in fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Aptitude for balancing many priorities and still meet deadline
  • Must be able to portray a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule and Location:

  • This is a hybrid role with one day in our Corporate Office in Medford, New Jersey, and remote the rest of the week.
  • Work schedule is generally 8am to 5pm
  • Some periodic weekend or evening work is expected
