Title: Solana / Raydium Liquidity Pool Engineer – Create & Stabilize Raydium AMM Pool for CRCL Token Description: We are seeking an experienced Solana/Raydium Liquidity Pool Engineer to help our token (Crazylive / CRCL) migrate from Pump.fun to a stable Raydium main liquidity pool (AMM v4). Our goal is to establish stronger liquidity, reduce volatility, prevent sudden price drops caused by LP removal, and expand CRCL into the broader Solana ecosystem. You will be directly responsible for: Key Responsibilities Create a Raydium AMM v4 liquidity pool for the CRCL–SOL trading pair Add liquidity (30–100 SOL depth) safely without LP sniping / front-running Balance the initial pool ratio according to market conditions Provide guidance on LP locking (LP burn, locker contracts, etc.) to ensure long-term stability Validate token mint & metadata for safety Monitor Pump.fun → Raydium liquidity migration Implement safety measures to prevent manipulation, liquidity removal attacks, or arbitrage exploits (Optional) Set up an auto-rebalance script or small bot to maintain pool depth and protect price stability Requirements Proven experience creating Raydium AMM pools Strong understanding of Solana, SPL tokens, Pump.fun, and Raydium liquidity mechanics Experience with LP migrations, LP locking tools, anti-sniping strategies Must understand AMM constant product model (x * y = k) Ability to work fast, securely, and document your steps clearly Goal To establish a high-quality Raydium liquidity pool that keeps CRCL price stable, increases depth, and prepares the token for future integrations (DEXs, CEX listings, and DAO liquidity management).
