Job Description: Software Quality Assurance Analyst As a Full-time (40 hours a week) Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be working with our Development and Client Service teams to provide manual QA testing of our tee times reservations system. In addition, you may be assisting in the testing of our website content management software and other reservation systems (event registration, dining reservations, and booking reservations). Job Responsibilities Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size. Perform testing on various browsers and devices to simulate administrative and end user actions. Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process. Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable. Work with the Client Service team to diagnose defects in production. Collaborate with Software Development and Support Teams to plan and test the next enhancements and bug fixes. Assist with Training and Documentation of new features. Job Qualifications Our ideal candidate will have some working knowledge of the golf industry as well as understanding key terms related to the game of golf. You will need to be action-oriented, capable of working with little or no direction at times, be self-disciplined, highly organized and process-driven. In this position, you will need to be able to multitask between small ticket items and long term projects seamlessly, learn on-the-fly (specifically items that may be technically oriented), set priorities based upon deadlines and, at the same time, be able to adapt to frequent change. Qualifications Experience testing web-based applications Experience with multiple operating systems and browsers HTML / CSS / JS Experience with content management systems (CMS) and reservation systems Strong time management: uses time effectively and efficiently concentrating efforts on most important priorities. Strong organizational skills: uses resources effectively and efficiently arranges information and files in a useful manner.
